As you enter the The Talk of the Town, in Bangor Erris, in Co Mayo, you will be welcomed by a friendly smile from a member of staff, a roaring fire and some of the best and funniest locals around. Owner, Kevin Campbell will be there to welcome you with open arms. He will sit you by the fire, tell you old stories and the history of the local area, point you in the right direction for tourist attractions and never let you go without a song, a tune on the accordion or one of his famous recitations. You will hate leaving this pub because it feels like you’re leaving home.
