As part of her ‘Coastal Cooking’ programme, which featured on the Good Food Channel and on RTÉ, Rachel Allen visited Blacksod in Erris to meet Barbara Heneghan of Gaol Siar. Barbara brought Rachel on a short wild foraging walk and blended a unique herbal tea, which Rachel adored!
